Dale and Matt have also been very helpful educating us on different cost share programs availability and nuances. It is hard to keep up with all programs and the fact they have actually called us in order to keep us in "the know" means a lot. We have also found them to be very service oriented. Both Matt and Dale return calls promptly and show up where and when they say they will. This seems basic but unfortunately it is hard to do for some people. We deal with people and not companies. "This past summer, Mr Dale Bryant, Matt Yates, and Jonathan Richardson performed several tests on our irrigation systems. I was very skeptical at our first meeting as to the worth of this service and if in effect it would simply be another ploy for the government to hire more people and have more intrusion into private enterprise. I also remained doubtful even up to the time the first reports came back in a couple of weeks. When I received the analysis of one of our systems from Resource Conservation Partners, it was a shocker. I must say, I haven't received very much information from any source much less the government, NGO or not for profit that put the rubber to the road like this. The reports are concise, complete, and simple. they identified several saving sources of money, labor, materials, and most important water. With this input, I have been able to adjust equipment needs and capacities to make much more use of my limited resources and hopefully will equate to a much needed boost in profitability. I was in the process of adding additional infrastructure and although Mr Bryant & Yates would not advise what to buy, they furnished me information that I could base new purchases to stretch the dollar as well as to utilize better the equipment I already had. My purchases were a complete turn from what I had planned and do a tremendous job at an overall savings in fuel and operational costs, thanks entirely to this program. I do not think that private enterprise could furnish this type of equipment and staff and be remotely feasible to my operation and others like me, and still remain objective and unbiased to vendors and clients as your people are.
These men are outstanding and the service is certainly an exception to the rule. My company will go to bat for this program anywhere, anytime needed."
